Avoiding common allergens and focusing on ingredients with nutrient density is the mindset that guides the menus we create. Our values drive our sourcing, which includes local farms such as Gunthorp Family Farms, Q7 Ranch, and others. The resulting meals are rich with nutrient-dense foods, high protein
ingredients, and healthy and safe cooking oils. For our non-Paleo
meals, we include healthy, gluten-free grains. All of CJK’s
meals avoid common allergens, such as gluten, dairy, corn,
soy, and peanuts. We strive to incorporate beneficial anti-
inflammatory ingredients such as cruciferous vegetables
(e.g. broccoli, kale, bokchoy, cabbage), superfoods (e.g. turmeric,
flaxseed, chia seed, quinoa) and other anti-inflammatory whole
foods in every dish.
We don’t consider our meals “diet foods” although we have seen
great results from our clients. Our philosophy is geared around not
what you take away from your diet, but what you add! On our weekly
menu we always offer multiple choices that adhere to the Paleo Diet as well as
healthy, nutrient-dense clean eating options, which feature some gluten-free grains
